Shipping Policy

• HI Online caters to the United Arab Emirates.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (Cash on Delivery - You will be charged 10 AED as handling charges.), Debit Card and Credit Card as a method of payment.
• Shipments will be delivered within 2 to 12 working days for most of the areas.
• Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.
• Orders of less than AED 250 will be charged AED 25 shipping fee (non-refundable). Orders of AED 250 or more will be delivered free.
• Please note that the Orders paid for Cash on Delivery attract AED 10 across all regions.
• For delivery orders to an out-of-service area, extra charges will be applied (as per the area).
• As per the delivery schedule and terms specified by the delivery company. Additional charges may apply.
• The following areas are defined by the delivery company as out of service areas
